login/logout button in sharepoint

Hello. Does anyone know how to create a button that will allow you to log out of portal and then log in as a different user? I know you can modify IE settings to prompt for login each time, but I don't want the end user to always have to login. My intent is that if a Supervisor visits a store they can easily login as themselves to see targeted content for them. Thanks.

There is also a webpart that has this functionality..although I am not sure if it will work with SPS or only with WSS. but the link to the webpart is
