I have a Service - and it uses the credential :

username : BBA

Password : BbAd1234

the service is working fine but when restarting the server - the service doesn't start because an authentication error ...

so I am opening the service and changing the authentication again to use the same mentioned credential and thus it starts again without problems !

I don't know why !

the username and the password are OK and when re-entering them again it starts without problems - just it will do the same thing again when restarting the server ...

Any idea how can I solve this problem !?

I should post this same query. I've had a problem with MOM service not starting upon reboot. What I've done as a workaround, is write a BAT file with the command:

sc start mom

Simple, yes. Workaround, yes. Solution, no. I've added this as a startup policy to all my servers. However, when I figure out wh the heck this service doesn't start on boot, this will surely change.

Hope This Helps,

Good Luck!

the problem is that I should put the username and the password again after restarting - not only start the service ?!
