Logging Out & Saving The Settings

Why does "Saving The Settings" take so long when a user logs out but with a Administrator it's fast?

Is there a way to speed up this process of "Saving The Settings" on exit of Windows?

try to minimize the size of the accounts ,,
delete the Temp , delete the files u don't want ! Eng.Mohamed Farid
