Yes... it's a pain to setup though, but once done it's automatic....... I'd agree with tlpeter, it is a management/agent issue.
But..If you must... in the advanced section of ASA (Menu bar: System,Advanced then report) In the window that comes up, enter the following:
busy station xxxx;bus sta xxxx;bus sta xxxx; etc...etc.. xxxx being your actual extensions. It will export to a file and you'll be able to schedule it.. Do the same for release... rel sta xxxx;rel sta xxxx; etc.. etc..
A file is created... but not needed. you could say it's your log file... Schedule it etc....
Tip:
Use the export function in ASA to list your extensions and use other programs such as note pad and or excel to get it in the correct format for the ASA report window.
