Morning Folk...
I am trying to find out where a particular MS SQL2K document on Log Shipping is. The doc was given to me in Word format and thus does not have hyperlinks or diagrams within it.
The title of the doc is:
How to Setup Log Shipping
Microsoft SQL Server 2000
Written by Purna Gathani
Additional contributions by Richard Waymire, Arvid Krishnan, Rick Gutierrez
In a side note of the document, it states that the article is provided by Microsoft Product Support Service. I do not see any Doc/Article number to reference either. The last review date at the end of the article is Thursday, May 24, 2001.
It is a pretty lengthy doc, 24 pages with out the images, since they did not port to the Word doc.
If anyone has any ideas as to how to do some type of search based on what i gave above, please advise. I have tried searches in numerous areas on the MS website based on author name, article name, "log shipping", and a multitude of permutations but with no luck.
Once found, it will be a very useful manual for anyone doing SQL2K Log shipping!
Thanks
