I host an online Citrix application. Users sometimes loose connections, crashout, and can not reconnect. They get the message that says they already have an instance open. Then I have to log them off the server through the CMC.

I want to publish an application to the user that will allow them to log only their user off so that they can log back in in this situation.

Please Help!

Not sure if you can but I recommend the latest Citrix install to alleviate this issue. Had the same problem and the new version seems to connect to these disconnected sessions automatically, really nifty. Also set the ICA protocal (server side) to log off automatically if disconnected for more than 5 mins. Also may be a good idea to install User Hive cleanup service from Microsoft.
