Lock Workstation on a timer

Is there a way thru local or group policies that will Lock the workstation if the client walks away from his for 10 or 15 minutes rather than using screensaver password. Or do I have to just use system standbye and have it ask for a password upon waking up?
 
Not sure what you are looking for here, but

Try this:

Load the MMC snap in for Local Computer Policy.
Under User Configuration, go to
Administrative Templates>>Control Panel>>Display
Here you can completely configure the ScreenSaver,
And hide the SS tab so the user cannot change your settings
