Lock-out back end of Access - Force to use form buttons ONLY!?

I need to complete block out access to the back-end of Access2000 (Database WIndow,F11,etc) so that users can only use what I give them. Is there an easy way to do this??

Look at the Start Up options (but know how to bypass these for yourself if necessary).

Unless you use the Access Security, anyone will be able to link to the tables in your back-end and see/change the data. You can probably search "security" on the forum here and find lots of advice, both about the 'real' Access Security as well as lots of workarounds.
