Locating an ip address

How do I go abut finding out an ip address?
I had one that just popped up on my trusted sites and do not know who's it is.

All help is appreceated.

Most versions of traceroute (tracert in Windows) will show names as well as numbers.

Whois will show ownership info of many IP blocks

and enter 192.152.176.0 to find me, as an example.

I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.
