I am using a G3r v6 and v9. It seems if there is no ANI present the PBX sends out a default ANI. I can not find it looked every where I could thing of. It has become a real problem.
If you are using ISDN for your outbound you can enable per station cpn by using the "cha isdn public-numbering" command (the syntax may not be exact release 9 is a while a go for me).
In that field you can push so to speak the DID tied to the extension of each caller.
If no one else posts an example I will do so when I get in the office tomorrow.
I understand all you said but thats does not seem to be issue. I know this because what it is sending is a defalt that we would nomally use. It is a number known to use only but i dont knwow where it was stored. It is not listed in isdn public-unknown or sys param or TG screen. I remember someone saying a long time ago there was a place to put a default ANI in the PBX / switch but I cant find it.
