Need to know if and were the registry key is that states who is the local administrator for NTWks and Server. (If local admins name is ex:) god, then the place in the reg that staes that. thanks in advance...
 
I don't think you can get this info from the registry. It sounds like a security risk. Maybe someone knows better?

I think the Administrator account will have a SID that ends with -500. You should be able to go to the key below and check each subkey (Subkey is named after the sid) ernding in -500. Then check the ProfileImagePath value, it should show the name of the folder in the profiles directory that has the UserName.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
 
Why not look at the administrators group in user manager?

Start > programs > administrative tools (common) > user manager

In the lower pane, double click the administrators group to display the user in that group.
