Local Admin Password

Hello

I have a windows 2000 server, which i recentley acuired from an ex employee. Unfortunatley he has left me with nothing apart from the domain admin password, which is no use because i cant get the server back onto the domain as i think the network card has gone. I do not know the local admin password so is there a back door entry in which i can change my local admin password and get my server backup and running?
