Will it start in safe mode?
Try clearing the cmos
Otherwise remove addon cards and take the PC back to minimum connected, reseat all connections (power plugs etc)

Do you see a bios screen?
Are you sure the PC is actually booting but not showing a display?
Could be a faulty power supply if all you are getting is lights and fans (down on one power rail)
