Loading new firmware on a 96xx 1

Hi guys,

Does anyone knows how to use the Avaya MV_IPTEL to load new firmware on a 96xx ?

Is there a process well documented ?

I never used it.

put your 96xx filles within the following folder

C:\Program Files\Avaya\MV_IPTel\data\HTTPdata.

and set the service running i will uploade the dioc to media fire in a sec

it should be in the folder you download off avaya support site though.

Then I have to point the phone to the PC ?

also in manager set your file server to customer and enter the details for the pc running IPtel, have a play with it i think its great , some people use IIS but this is avaya branded and you can do all sorts of little tricks and quirks that help whilst preparing things.
