Hi,

I have done a search in this forum for previous postings, but seems to be no previous postings for my issue.

Our probelm is using phpMyadmin. We want to import a CSV text file using the web based front end for our mysql database. We can locate the file on our local home comuter fine, we can choose all the right settings like double quote qualifiers, comma seperation etc etc but when we click "go" or "insert", whichever it is, we get a permisson problem/error that reads "Access denied for user: -username-".

We do have DBA permissions on this webhosting/mysql account.

Any suggestions. Any help much appreciated!

Thanks, Steve
