LJ with Excel, the borders may be cropped

W2k Professional with SP4. Excel XP SP2. When printing to an HP 4100TN, the borders get cut off. We use a print server - my network manager has assured me the HP drivers are the latest.
I checked Microsoft’s website and KB Article # 178943 appeared.
SYMPTOMS
When you print to a Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet printer in Microsoft Excel, the borders may be partially or completely cropped in the printed output.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.

Has anyone encountered this issue and have a resolution?

Hi,

Does this also happen when you set the printrange you're self? (in the file menu)
(select range/set range)

By setting the print range one cell BEYOND the border(s), our LJ4200N printed the borders that were otherwise missing when printed.
