Can anyone help me on this. How do I even go about finding and fixing this error notified by Event Viewer?

This is the actual error displayed by Event Viewer:

Error: 17826, Severity: 18, State: 1

Is SQL Server setup to listen on port 1433 (default) or another port? Is the port available? Is TCP/IP network library setup on the SQL server? Terry
