Listen Only Mailbox for ESNA

A customer would like a listen only or bulletin type voicemailbox on an ESNA system, no ability to leave messages by callers. Is this able to be done? I was thinking configuring a feature group would be the way to go but not sure.

Within the mailbox of an Officelinx user, if you go to the Locations tab, then to the Locations List tab and select a location (for example In Office) and double click it then go to the Location Greeting tab and under Options, check off Do not allow callers to leave messages. Callers will go to the mailbox but will not be able to leave a message.
