Listbox contents on report disappear when exported.

I have created a fairly complex report that compares current YTD sales data with prior year. I've used list boxes in the report to create the data using SQL in the rowsource property. Everything displays fine in print preview and on hardcopy after printing. For some reason the data inside the list boxes disappears when I export it to ANY format. For that matter, when I export it to Excel, nothing appears at all...I get a beautiful blank worksheet. I've checked all of the properties on the report/list box and I've tried exporting to every format and nothing seems to correct it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
