List of Values

I am using BO XI
Is there a limitation with how many records can be returned for list of values. I have a Business View that returns 1700 records. When I browse the business element I can see all records.

When I incorporate it as a parameter on my report is only gives me half of them.

I changed the list of values to be a cascading prompt. According to the article it can have up to a thousand for the lowest level. My LOV at the lowest level only return 800 when it should have 886.

My LOV levels are Building Type > Model. In this case model is the lowest level.

Any ideas why this is happening?
