Is there anyway to create a list/menu that would allow users to add values?

I have created an online "add record" form that enters information directly into a database. In some fields as the user adds values I would like these values to appear as a list or menu for future users.

Any idea if this can be done?

Thanks

What kind of programming languages are you using?? You'd have to use some language that supports databases, like Coldfusion with MS Access, ASP, PHP, PERL, etc...
I have not failed; I have merely found 100,000 different ways of not succeding...

As GUJUm0deL says,

you need a programming language, if the form inserts data --> the db, to get the data <-- create a dynamic drop down which is as simple as dragging the data across.
