list integrated shows blank announcements chewing up time

Our announcement board show 3 blank announcements that cannot be removed, yet they are chewing up time Here is an approximation:

Time remaining takes into consideration the additional 68 seconds chewed up by the blank announcements. When doing a "ch ann" only the "good" announcements show up - therefore I cannot delete these "phantom" one's. Note: The phantom announcements did exist at one point. All were blown away after a dial-plan migration this weekend and we re-recorded all announcements. Is there a way to get rid of the phantoms without clearing or resetting the board and recording from scratch.

What flavor announcement board do you have? TN750, TN750B, and TN750C.

too bad.... your only option is erase announcement board, and re-record

assign an announcement to the vacant one and then erase the announcements "NOT THE BOARD"

Hey, it worked.

Since the "vacant" one's did not show up, I just added three blank ones. Then removed them and...voila!!!
