hi

is there anyway to easily list all the Access manager users who are inactive over a month or so. Inactive in definition, not logged in.

I am using Sun Java LDAP with Access Manager.

regards,
Sudhi

you could create a list of all users who have used the application from the log file (that is if you have it switched on in Enterprise Server, think summary level would do) and compare this to the list of registered users within Access Manager.

Easiest to import the log file into a table (e.g. in MS-Access) and pick out the rows you want.

I think there is a way of exporting basic details out of Access manager to create your list of all users, but I've not used it, otherwise you could always do it manually.

You can use the OLE automation or download a utility from the Support site called Access Reporter that will allow you to create a flat file of users and the classes that they are a member of ... among other things.
