Linux - AE9131 File [filename] is truncated ( 4096 -> 5 ) on the WS

Hi,
today I see in log this error (for all files in "/" dir):

AE9131 File [filename] is truncated ( 4096 -> 5 ) on the WS.

It's on Linux agent. I was unable to get any info about this error to know I should worry about it. This is only in "/" directory on Linux hdd, any other directories are OK. The job is "Finished". Does anybody know what causes this problem? THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR REPLIES!
