Links shaking, jiggling, jumping when cursor moves over

HELP!!! I am new to all of this, so please be patient. If you go to meals-on-wheels.org/events/ and try to click on the event links you will see that they jump, shake and jiggle. Does ANYONE have a clue as to what is going on? This is the first time this has happened to me.

Some ridiculous hover action that got attached to all of the links.....kept flipping, flapping etc. I removed that little a:hover thing and all is swell....
