My first form (frmEnquiry) is a customer details form which contains a unique customer number called enqID. The text box which contains this number is called EnquiryID.

My second form (tblCallB) is a customer check form which is related to the same table.

After completing the first form i want to click a button which takes you to the next form, so that i can fill in the check details, then save these details to the current record.

Unfortunately at the moment the customer check form does not relate to the same record as my customer details.

Can anybody help?

Hello again

did you get the second form to open on the correct record using the code I gave you in the previous thread?

tell you what give me your exact code stating all form and text box names, then I will be able to help more

Nah it didnt work

Cheers for helping me, right...

My first form is called (frmEnquiry)
In there is a unique identifier called (enqID). This is contained in a text box called (Enquiry ID).

I have other txt boxes for e.g Name, address, tel,

My second form is called (tblCallB) which is a check form.
The second form does not contain any of the same fields which are held on the first form. However the fields used in the second form come from the same table which the first form is based upon.

Is that any help?
