Linking Projects

Do you mean how do you create a dependency between tasks?
Open a blank project. This will become the master project.
Insert | Project and insert each project.
Expand all inserted projects.
Create links as necessary
Save all projects. You don't actually have to save the master project and you can delete it.
Note: once you've made the links, you can't move the projects from their folders nor can you rename them.
