Linking Forms

I want to be able to link a record from one form to another. The user will select a record from a list that is a subform. But I don't want to filter just that record out. When you select a record it opens up the other form and goes to the record, but keeps the other records available in case you want to go to another record. If anyone has any questions about what I am asking for, just ask.

I usually use the doble click,
On double click have it open another form with just that record.

That doesn't help. I need to be able to open up another form with all of the records there, and for the form to go to the specified record.

Link the forms on a key field and make the linked form a subform on your main form.
