Linking Access and Outlook

I have built an access application where the user prints out the details on a form and passes it to a manager for actioning. The names of the managers to whom the form is passed appears on the form.

However, these managers all have an Outlook email address. I want to put a button on my access form so that when it is clicked, Outlook is opened and they can then send the contents of that form to the manager in an emailinstead of printing it out.
