we currently run IP Office 406 with Analog Trunk and Digital Extension at our main branch and would like to install another IP Office 406 at our remote branch and connect the two sites. any ideas how to go about this. There's alread a Point to point WAN connectivity linking the two sites. Do i need to get a WAN Module for Each site?? Thanks for your help

Here's the deal. If you're not certified by Avaya to install IP Office, you should not be installing these systems.. Unfortunately the enforcement of this policy is poor.

For your sake and your customers sake, I suggest contacting a Certified IP Office installer. They can have this done and working properly in no time. In the mean time, if you're serious about continuing to install these systems, please look into taking some of the training courses.

is a good place to start.

If you are certified to install these things, then you can check out
Judging by the wording of your original post, I will have to say you're not certified. The IP Office can be very sensitive especially when it comes to advanced features like multi-site networking, and if done wrong or poorly, your customer will be demanding you take the system out.

Please heed this advice and contact a local Certified Company for some assistance, you will not regret it.

And also check what QOS you have on the WAN link.

Fooball is not a matter of life and death-It is far more important!!!!

Actually, judging from the original poster's working, he is the end user, not an unauthorized BP. So, the correct answer is to find a Business Partner to install the project. The IP Office does this very nicely but there are MANY pitfalls.
