How can I create a linked server from sql server to AS400.
I want to refresh the data from AS400 to sql server every day.

Use the ODBC connector that is supplied with the IBM client access programs. You can then access the data on the DB2 database as if it were any other data source, and create a DTS to get the data every day as a scheduled event.
