Link tables under Access XP runtimes

Hi,
I am roling out MDEs with Access XP runtimes. The only problem is that on some of the databases I needs to be able to re-link data tables within the database. I have tried creating a custom toolbar - can see the button to run the link table manager, but when I click it it gives and error message about VB not being able to find the wizard.
Any ideas would be helpful, but please bear in mind that the full version of MS Access is not installed on the PCs, just the runtimes.

Thanks Tony. Wrestling with the statement "Dim db As Database" at the moment as they have removed "Database" as a user type in XP.....but the rest looks good

S'alright, sussed it. Needed to add DAO 3.6 into my references (duh!)
