We are running Service Center V5.01 on A9901. On our apm.quick form for opening a problem ticket we have a link record from the 'site' field to a 'site' field in a 'siteinfo' file.
In that 'site' file there is an array field called 'products' which stores all the product services used at that site.
What I need to do is when at the apm.quick form when opening a problem ticket I want the site list to be dependent on the category selected.
So if I select a category of 'category 1' when I click on the 'site' fill button I only want to see the sites that have 'xyz' in their 'products'.
I'm thinking I have to do it in the link record under expressions but I'm not sure how to do it. Can anyone help?
