Lines showing busy, when nobody there

Hello all! I have a receptionist phone at one of my remote sites, which shows lines as busy. No calls have come in, and she has to pick up the set to release the lines. I suspect there is an issue with the disconnect supervision, but have no idea where to begin looking at that in Norstar. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like the line is redirected to another line. Have them do a F*0 then press the line to see if it says that they were redirected. If line shows redirected go to set shown and cancel line redirection.
