Hey all, I am wondering if when a DID number dialed to my opt.61 is set to route to a Lineside T1, will the CLid follow that to my Brooktrout for routing? My customers have about 30 DID numbers from our dialing plan and I was going to have those numbers NCFW to the Lineside queue DN and need the CLid of the DID to follow. Or will it be the agent ID of the Lineside queue member that is delivered? My inbound trunks are PRI with caller ID working. Currently I NCFW to my trunk ACOD and outdial to a PRI dedicated to my Fax Server (this has 20 DID numbers). I am looking at obtaining a cleaner connection and save money by getting rid of the Fax PRI..
