Line Redirection problem

I have a little problem with line redirection on a 8x24 Dr5 with DID's & Flash4, he could redirect call ok until today, I tried to redirect the line & just rang on his phone, I tried to redirect Line 6 that is on the phone & worked ok, we swaped sets, deprogrammed the DID line off the phone, removed the redirect feature, reset the DID card, tried to redirect a DID from another phone & tested ok, the only thing I didn't try was to disable his phone in maint, or to reboot the system, has any one had this problem and was resovled by rebooting the system?, the problem with older 8x24's & flash's you can't be sure if the programming will still be there or not I thought someone would know.
