Line Busy

Hello Everyone,
I have a DN that is on about a dozen phones, it is appearing busy and I have tried disabling the phone it is marped on withou success. Any idea's how to free this?

if it is on a doz phones as an SCR/MCR disabling the marp set isn't going to do anything. trace the tns in ld 80 or at least stat them in 11 or 32

Trace the DN in LD 80 will show you which one is busy.

.trac 0 xxxx <-- xxxx would be the DN

if you do a prt dnb in ld 80, are all these on key 0 or just the marped one and the others on various keys?

if it is still saying busy, i would disable every single one of them and then enable them back, or at least the ones that stat busy.

Cool you still don't have a clue about what was going on, right? Don't get too happy you probably didn't fix anything.

Are you saying the DN returned a busy signal when called or when you stat on of the TNs it returns busy.

Any key being active on a TN will return a busy when you stat the phone.
