Line Appearance

I have configured line appearance (for two line because i have only one bri) on all the digital phones. The problem is that when an external call arrives all the phones with line appearance configured rings even if they are not in main group. How can I do to make those phone not ringing.
Otherwise is it possible to configure a phone to a null ring on external calls?

If a phone has a line apperance key it will ring

Q: If you do not wish the phone to ring why do you need to give it a line aperance key?

Because I want to see if all the two external lines are busy prior to make the number. Do you know if there is another way to d this?

If ou attempt to dail out when both lines are busy you will get an engaged tone. alternativly you could load Callstatus to see exactly what lines & extns are in use.
