Why do you want Line apperances?
They are an unnecessary obomination that surve no practical purpose (at least none I can find).
It is probably time to drag your customer into (at least) the 19th century.
otherwise it is like buying a car with a V12 engine but only fitting 4 spark plugs.
A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
