Line Appearance Problem 1

I have IPO500v2 R9.0.0.829, when allocated a button programming as line appearance I can not get outside line only after press 9 short code.

Make sure under Lines that they all have an ID number. They typically start with 701. I've seen times when the system did not assign the IDs automatically.

I've solved the Problem as the following
System --> Telephony --> change the Companding law into U-Law and change it again into A-Law
because my location in the meddle east
