Line appearance on softconsole

A simple question: is it possible to view Line appearance on softconsole? (the operator wants to view the number of busy externl lines)

probably not through softconsole, but, you could do this with the call status program which is FREEEEEE.

Can one make a text named shortcode for the LA and then make a BLF Button to that SC?
