I have taken over the maintenance of a site who have a number of 5420 handsets.
There have been preprogrammed with 4 line buttons.
They receive a call on the first line button and answer it,
a second call appears on the second line button and then a third on the third and a forth call on the forth button.
if the user is still dealing with the first call and then needs to transfer the call she has no lines to use to transfer the call.
What is the solution?
I have not had much dealings with the line buttons on Ver 3 yet, so have had no real issues where my knowledge lets me down.
Any help would be great.
