Limiting Printing to 500 Papers a day

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, But I have a Printer attached to a Workstation running on Windows 98. We use this printer for printing on network.

How can I Restrict Print outs to say 500 papers a day in order to economize Paper and nk. My Employer wants this! Nkabirwa Sowed Magezi
