windows XP Pro. A few other people then me using this computer, and I want them only to open a set of software's. Nothing else . I know when I was in school, they had the same. There, u couldn’t open anything else then the programs they chose 4 u. ..can I do that under Windows XP Pro ? how?

You are in a Workgroup, not a Domain setting, so that there is not an application of Group Policy by username.
