Limitations on Quarks window size

Anyone know what the limitations are on window sizes for Quark? Im working on a wide project and would like to view it across two monitors, but the window will only go about 3/4 way. Monitor resolutions are both set to 1280 x 1024 on a Mac if that makes a difference.
