limitation on server plus cal

For example, if I bought SQL Server Server plus 5 CAL license, price will be 1489$, then my question is:

how many cpu can I use on the machine that is used as SQL Server? Is there no limit for that? Thanks

If you purchase CAL licensing, there is no limit on the number of CPUs in the box.
