Lightning Fax error

We use Lightning Fax software to send faxes from a Windows NT workstation. For some reason I am unable to attach any documents to the fax. The cover sheet will send but the attached document does not send. This problem just started happenening. It was working fine before. Does anyone use this software or have any suggestions? Thanks.
