Licensing Issue

I'm currently running Arcserve 2000, and need to install the Agent for Exchange 5.5. As I already have the Arcserve installation CD, I have the installtion routine that I need, but how do I go about obtaining the necessary license for it once installed ?

You won't be able to buy new license for arcserve 2000 Since CA discontinued support for it and now you should upgrade to latest version 11.

The upgrade to BAB 11 is probably the best choice but a quick search did find places still selling the 2000 Exchange DB Agent. Also CA has a license group called TLC, you can try asking them about it.

BTW it is still supported until the end of March.
