Library not using other tape drives

Hello fellow TSM people..
I have a TSM system with a L32 magstare tape silo with 4 tape drives. It seems like the only drives being used are rmt2 and rmt3. I notice this during reclaimation and never see the other drives being used. I would like to see rmt0 and rmt1 drive used once in a while so the other drives are not burnt out.
Is there an option to change what tape drive TSM uses for reclaims or maybe an option to configure the silo to use the drives in random mode?

I solved my own problem.. Thanks to anyone who considered a solution to my issue.

When I ran "q path" I notice that 2 of the tape drives in the silo where not on line within the queue path statment.
