Library items

I'm using library items to store text that (may) change, and then insert it in many different pages across the site. Seems to work well, and I got the idea from tek-tips!

However, when I change the contents of the library item Dreamweaver correctly identifies which pages contain the library item, and then updates many different library items (that came with the template I'm using, such as search.lbi, pageminder.lbi). End result is the pages are messed up.

What's going on!?
